Granddad’s visit was great! We’re all glad he got to come down and hope we can see him again soon!

Welcome to the new look of thesidlingers.com! The new “look” is actually a new format. We are using a weblog, or blog for easier and faster updating.

Posts and updates will be in the middle of the page. David and I will both be updating and you will be able to tell who posted what by looking at the bottom of the posts. It will tell you who posted and at what time. The permalink option down there is if you would like to reference that particular post (like in an email). There is also a comments link down there, which you can use to comment on that post or just say hi!

We will try to update at least every couple of days. Some posts will be short and some will be longer. Some of our updates will include photos, but our main photo collections are to the left in the photo albums. I update the photo albums often and add new ones from time to time, I will post an update if I do this, so you will know where to look. Also on the left-hand side of the site is a notification option and an email link. If you would like to receive an email whenever the site is updated, just put your email address in the box provided, if you want to send us an email, just click the “email me” link at the very top.

On the right side of the page are a few different links. You can see what we are currently reading, listening to, or watching. If you have a link you would like us to add, just email us and let us know and we’ll add it! There are also links to this sites archives, so if there is something you read here a few months ago, you can go to that months archives to look for it. Every update that is posted here, is here permanently, so if you can’t find it on the main page, just look in the archives.

If there are any pictures you would like copies of, please email us and let us know which ones you would like. We can email you the original digital print and you may upload it to the photo processing company of your choice and buy prints. (We are currently impressed with the quality and ease of wolfcamera.com, you can upload the photo and pick it up at the store two hours laters).
